Discovery and workflow review
We review your practice: current systems, locations, integrations, team roles, and what launch needs to look like for your office. This is where we confirm whether your current system has a supported export path.
Import and configure
We move qualifying data — patient records, appointments, and clinical history where the source system supports export — and configure settings, users, providers, billing, and communication workflows around how your office runs.
Validate together
Before launch, your team reviews real patient, appointment, clinical, and financial data in Molar. Validation is a shared checklist, not a leap of faith — nothing goes live until you have confirmed the data you rely on.
Train and launch
Each role — front desk, clinical, billing — is trained on the workflows they own. We plan the go-live date around your schedule and provide direct support through launch and your first 90 days.

Supported export and import paths vary by source system. In discovery we tell you specifically what qualifies from your system — what imports, what needs review, and what doesn’t carry over — before you commit.
Who does what
We handle the migration and configuration work. Your team’s role is to answer workflow questions, review validation checklists, and attend training — we keep the asks specific and scheduled.
Timing
Timelines depend on the source system, data quality, and practice complexity, so we don’t promise a universal number. You’ll get a specific plan and dates for your practice during discovery.
Your data stays yours
Practice and patient data belongs to the practice. If you ever leave Molar, we provide your data in a usable export format.
